We work with a variety of organizations to fulfill our mission. Some organizations help us by donating money and/or tickets. Some organizations receive the tickets that are donated to us and pass them along to low-income children with whom they work. We work with other organizations that provide us with professional advice and services.

Charitable organizations

Many of the organizations we work with also work to provide opportunities and mentorship to children in need. Through this network of organizations, we are able to reach many children to provide unique opportunities for involvement in community events. Here is how it works:

We contact charitable organizations throughout the community. These organizations are identified as those that work directly with children in need who would benefit from our services. Some of these organizations are large, some are small. All are committed to helping underprivileged children in the community. Those organizations that are interested in partnering with Tix for Tots are added to our distribution list.

When we receive tickets to events, we contact the distribution list to determine who can use the tickets. Some events may be of greater interest to particular organizations. Other organizations are happy to be notified of all events. In accepting the tickets, organizations must agree to certain expectations of responsibility. When an organization is identified to use the tickets, the tickets are delivered to their contact for distribution to the children.

It's as easy as that. We strive to make the process as simple as possible for our donors as well as our partners.
