	In 2006 Tix for Tots has already delivered more than 40,000 tickets to needy children throughout Minnesota. Since 2001 we have given away over 150,000 tickets!
	We work with more than 325 partner organizations to provide opportunities to children in need. These organizations include shelters, mentoring programs, schools, community centers and social services. Our partners span the Twin Cities and stretch to St. Cloud, Willmar and Rochester.
	Check out the Cities 97 Sampler Volume 18 coming this fall. Tix for Tots has once again been selected to benefit from the sale of the charity CD. All proceeds from the sale of the 35,000 samplers will go to benefit select charities in the Twin Cities, including Tix for Tots.
	Tix for Tots has established a new venue partnership with Triple Espresso...a highly caffeinated comedy. The show has been performed at the Music Box Theatre in Minneapolis for the past ten years. Now children from across the state will be able to experience this great comedy.
	Wells Fargo will contribute $1,000 to Tix for Tots in honor of Board Member Richele Messick though its Volunteer Service Award program. The Volunteer Service Award Program gives Wells Fargo team members the chance to win up to $50,000 for the non-profit organization or K-12 school where they volunteer. Richele is one of 162 Wells Fargo team members across the country to receive a Volunteer Service Award this year. Congratulations, Richele!
	Watch for upcoming TV appearances by Tix for Tots founder Robb Neuenschwander. Robb will be on KSTP Channel 5 for a brief interview on Tuesday, August 15th at 6:10am. He will also appear on KARE 11 on Friday, August 18th, at 5:55am.

Big News

We are excited to announce that Tix for Tots is celebrating its 5th Anniversary on August 20 with a special event held in conjunction with the Minnesota Twins. Over the past five years we have donated more than 130,000 tickets for kids to discover the thrills and magic of sporting and cultural events throughout the Twin Cities. It is our mission to provide children with experiences today to inspire the dreams, hopes and achievements of tomorrow.

Please join us for a picnic on the Dome Pavilion, awards ceremony, silent auction and Twins game!

What Can I Do To Help?

Tix for Tots can always use your help, whether it be a financial donation, ticket donation or your time. We can always use your unused tickets to area theatre, cultural and sporting events.

With our anniversary celebration coming up on August 20th we would love for you to join us. And, we hope you can bring a friend or group who might not know much about Tix for Tots, yet. By donating you will receive a special mention in our printed materials for the event, visibility in front of 500+ attendees, appropriate tax documentation and most importantly the ability to assist in providing children with experiences today to inspire the dreams, hopes and achievements of tomorrow. Our deadline for donated items is August 8, 2006.

My children had the time of their life at the Harlem Globetrotters. My 6 year old was asked to be the mascot-in-training! He got to dress up, dance and even meet a player. We are going through a lot and don't have extra money to do fun things. Thank you again for making their day special. They were so excited when the tickets came in the mail. They were screaming, jumping and smiling from ear to ear. Once again, thank you.

Hello! My name is Samantha and you have made my day because I have never been to any kind of baseball, basketball, soccer, football or tennis game. So this letter is about thanking your program and I hope you keep running it. You are probably going to make a lot of kids happy. You made me happy because of these wonderful twins tickets. Thank you very much.

Tix for Tots thank you for letting us see the awesome play - The Legend of Lento Coyote at the Stepping Stone theatre. It was very great. I thank you very, very much! P.S. I might want to do this some day.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to attend a Twins baseball game. If it wasn't for your generosity we would not have been able to attend. Please know that your support not only provides a positive event, but also confirms that there are other community members who care about kids.
