Ticket Donations

If you have tickets you would like to donate, just follow our simple procedure.

We prefer to receive tickets at least 7 days prior to the event, if possible. We know, however, that you may not always have that much time to spare. We can certainly handle shorter timeframes if necessary. To ensure that your donated tickets will get used and qualify as charitable donations, please make sure we receive them by no later than two business days before the event. If you will be unable to mail the tickets to arrive within four days of the event, please send us an email at tickets@tixfortots.org. We will work with you to determine the best way to get the tickets distributed.

Upon receipt of your tickets, we will send a taxable donation receipt in the mail. We will then coordinate with our network of charities to get your tickets in the hands of grateful children, to share in the joy of the experience. We like to allow the children to send thank you notes to the donors, so please let us know when you send the tickets if we may pass your name and address along to the charities.

We also now offer TixPlus, which is a convenient, scheduled donation option. We can schedule payments weekly, monthly, quarterly...you name it.
